Mercy's Grace mercy's the hammer of life it keeps you right while others fight mercy gives insight when others fall out of sight wanting to sink into blight mercy comes with the light when things seem contrite and winning seems‒ too great a height mixed up in misdirection concealed in lies ‒mercy raises its kite a 'way' sent in by God† making things welcoming and bright be careful in the delight don't get caught up in the night using the 'feel good'‒ to cover up the plight mercy may take flight leave you to fall with a hammer in might let more years pass outright mercy's granted for reasons on high where angels fly and no one cries be sensible to the why to mercy's guiding light
(November 25, 2021)—“Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.” Jesus and the Beatitudes below. If you are persecuted, called names like I am because you came out of sin and now walk the Way, you are blessed more than you know.
‘Holier than Thou’, ‘crazy’, ‘insane’, ‘liar’…the list goes on and on…all because I went the distance and now God’s hand is upon me and I have to post all the writings I’m sent. But not just that…lies make me angry. Not because I’m jealous of anyone or anything remotely close to concerning myself. I get angry because of the person lost in the sinfulness of telling lies, or too filled with shame to admit their sins. I know what course they are on. It’s not judgment. It’s love. To want someone to pull themselves out of the darkness is love. And, of course, those of us who do our best to raise this awareness are always shot down.
This all makes me understand God’s love for all of us and why His wrath is upon us. He loves us enough to discipline us, to help force us to do right.
Be careful with false love from people: When others desire you a certain way and applaud you for that way. How many have been through that? I know I have. I saw it clearly when I published my novel. As long as I was doing something that improved their status, I was their friend. But once I stopped…I didn’t hear from them. That’s false love. False love drags us and keeps us at their (those lost in false love) level. The moment we try to elevate ourselves, they condemn us or ignore us. And I’m not talking about riches as in money, I’m talking about the Way…turning to truth instead of fake.
Another indicator of false love is if you are not healed from what hurt you and you are constantly applauded for your lies, no one is helping no one. God demands us to heal. How can you heal when you are pretending? The marketing world is constantly preaching “fake it until you make it”, but what happens when faking it becomes a way of life? The healing process is halted. That’s really a horrible way to live. The confusion of keeping up with all the lies of this faking has got to be draining on you. Being real, living in truth is hard when you’ve been faking it, but it’ll save you and release you from some really heavy burdens. It’s okay. The truth does indeed set a soul free.
When you set your soul free of faking it, you become part of the meek whom Jesus talks about. I know that being popular and having a clique is important to so many people, but Jesus in ‘Aliens Are Not‘ talks about the ‘collective lie’. He said that it is the worse kind of lie. Fooling other people to believe you are living a life your aren’t is part of that ‘collective lie’. It is totally your responsibility to forgo this ‘faking‘ life and be real because the ones God indeed sends to you are real. I know during my darkness, He sent me angels…some real hearts who truly knew what I was going through and they moved me forward. The lost only drag you backwards.
I should warn you: Healing is tough work. It hurts. You are constantly told to leave what hurt you behind you and move on, but without confronting it head on, you never truly leave that hurt behind. It always finds its way back into your life. Even if you don’t recognize it. If you are angry with those trying to help, if you constantly push away the good for the not so good, if you live in a darkened world…maybe it’s time to let in the light. And saying you are healed and being healed is two totally different things. Heal from what hurt you. Go back there and face the music. If someone hurt you…it wasn’t your fault, but it is your fault for not healing from it and continuing to deny it ever happened. God wants you to heal.
Beatitudes Proclaimed—Now when He saw the crowds, He went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to Him, and He began to teach them, saying: Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.’—Matthew 5:1-12; Luke 6:20-23 (Mountain near Capernaum)
