(May 11, 2022)—Acts 21:27-30 – Acts 21:40-22:21. That’s the Scripture I was led to right after I finished writing down ‘Massive Proportions‘. I’m constantly told that you won’t believe me that the Lord is dictating writings to me. Even the most gifted person I know has doubts. I can’t help that. Paul. I got led to Paul. I’m not Paul. I’m not an apostle or disciple. But I’m still called. And for all those who were called to do something for the Lord, keep doing it, but be sure that you are honest with who God is. His book is as important to Him as you are. Be sure you have a copy that is for you and that you understand all the scripture, not just some of it.
Honestly, I feel stupid defending myself about what the Lord has me doing. It is a silly world we live in that we have to PROVE that the Lord exist. I can understand Paul because he once persecuted those who testified to Jesus. So he had to prove himself. But they believed him. The ones chosen to believe. It is the same in that sense. The ones who are chosen will believe. We all have doubts because of the confusion set on us. I’m constantly asking for reassurance because of all the things I’m shown and told. They will be. Even if we don’t believe. The future will know that God was speaking and some of us were listening. The words I get are for you unless I’m told otherwise. And, yes, I have seven direct messages to me that I’m told not to post.
This isn’t about me. It’s about God. It’s about Him revealing Himself at a time when we are headed into peril, darkness as He has shown and told us. He doesn’t make Himself known like this all the time. Only when there is coming something dreadful. Don’t forget the visions He first sent through me. You may not like the way I’ve written them up. Sorry, I wasn’t schooled in such things as they were happening. But I was told to put them before you for you immediately. We should be running towards strife, not from it. This virus is not over and this war is far from over. Innocent people during both of these calamities are being killed and taken as slaves and the arrogant are just going about their petty lives, celebrating their wealth and privilege and not caring about the strife…they are running from the strife. He said the war and virus will combine. He said two mutations will combine and make the toxicity dream. I didn’t say this. God did. I believe Him. On His time.
If you want to tune me out and put me in the category of ‘O she’s crazy, she hears voices and such’. Then be ignorant like my family. That’s on you. What is written will happen. You can prepare yourself or not. Your soul will still face the judge. You don’t have to believe that. It’s not about a belief. It is. You will. And He will have the final say. Two gates. One choice. Make it while you still can.
Jews Seize Paul in Temple—When the seven days were nearly over, some Jews from the province of Asia saw Paul at the temple. They stirred up the whole crowd and seized him, shouting, ‘Men of Israel, help us! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against our people and our law and this place. And besides, he has brought Greeks into the temple area and defiled this holy place.’ (They had previously seen Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with Paul and assumed that Paul had brought him into the temple area.) The whole city was aroused, and the people came running from all directions. Seizing Paul, they dragged him from the temple, and immediately the gates were shut.—Acts 21:27-30
Paul Arrested—While they were trying to kill him, news reached the commander of the Roman troops that the whole city of Jerusalem was in an uproar. He at once took some officers and soldiers and ran down to the crowd. When the rioters saw the commander and his soldiers, they stopped beating Paul. The commander came up and arrested him and ordered him to be bound with two chains. Then he asked who he was and what he had done. Some in the crowd shouted one thing and some another, and since the commander could not get at the truth because of the uproar, he ordered that Paul be taken into the barracks. When Paul reached the steps, the violence of the mob was so great he had to be carried by the soldiers. The crowds that followed kept shouting, ‘Away with him!’—Acts 21:31-36
Paul Asks to Speak—As the soldiers were about to take Paul into the barracks, he asked the commander, ‘May I say something to you?’ ‘Do you speak Greek?’ he replied. ‘Aren’t you the Egyptian who started a revolt and led four thousand terrorists out into the desert some time ago?’ Paul answered, ‘I am a Jew, from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no ordinary city. Please let me speak to the people.’—Acts 21:37-39
Defense to the Crowd—Having received the commander’s permission, Paul stood on the steps and motioned to the crowd. When they were all silent, he said to them in Aramaic: ‘Brothers and fathers, listen now to my defense.’ When they heard him speak to them in Aramaic, they became very quiet. Then Paul said: ‘I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city. Under Gamaliel I was thoroughly trained in the law of our fathers and was just as zealous for God as any of you are today. I persecuted the followers of this Way to their death, arresting both men and women and throwing them into prison, as also the high priest and all the Council can testify. I even obtained letters from them to their brothers in Damascus, and went there to bring these people as prisoners to Jerusalem to be punished. About noon as I came near Damascus, suddenly a bright light from Heaven flashed around me. I fell to the ground and heard a voice say to me, ‘Saul! Saul! Why do you persecute Me?‘ ‘Who are you, Lord?’ I asked. ‘I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom you are persecuting,’ he replied. My companions saw the light, but they did not understand the voice of Him who was speaking to me. ‘What shall I do, Lord?’ I asked. ‘Get up,’ the Lord said, ‘and go into Damascus. There you will be told all that you have been assigned to do.’ My companions led me by the hand into Damascus, because the brilliance of the light had blinded me. A man named Ananias came to see me. He was a devout observer of the law and highly respected by all the Jews living there. He stood beside me and said, ‘Brother Saul, receive your sight!’ And at that very moment I was able to see him. Then he said, ‘The God of our fathers has chosen you to know His will and to see the Righteous One and to hear words from His mouth. You will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard. And now what are you waiting for? Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on His name.’ When I returned to Jerusalem and was praying at the temple, I fell into a trance and saw the Lord speaking, ‘Quick!’ He said to me. ‘Leave Jerusalem immediately, because they will not accept your testimony about Me.’ ‘Lord,’ I replied, ‘these men know that I went from one synagogue to another to imprison and beat those who believe in You. And when the blood of Your martyr Stephen was shed, I stood there giving my approval and guarding the clothes of those who were killing him.’ Then the Lord said to me, ‘Go; I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’—Acts 21:40-22:21
