The Good Samaritan's Heart
we pay homage–
to the good life
dressing nice
buying nice
painting our faces and nails
wearing aftershaves and perfumes
wearing diamonds and gold
building pretty buildings
polishing its glass and steal
leaving out in life–
what is real
we raise glasses to toast
we eat and drink
gossip in the roast
we turn to gluttony–
our bodies reveal its sincerity
in pictures...it shows
we turn the other cheek
off...we blow
saying
'it's the good life
we've earned its glow'
then we pass them
on the street
cough it up–
'they don't try
they let their dreams die
oh, poor them–
let the devil fry'
then return to our
fat-ingested life
of fancy buildings
dry-cleaned clothes
shiny diamonds and gold
drinking merrily
with friends in loads
laughing and gossiping
–as another dies
from the fry
it is those
who were crucified
by those ignorant lives
who doesn't just walk on by
–they give up their life
for those lost in the fry
for it’s the reason
why
Jesus†...on the cross
died
and as they struggle
in their own lives–
they help
the poor, the meek, the mild
they comfort those mourning
they tend the sick and lame
having to beg for money
pulling in their pride
asking...begging
from those who crucified
from those letting Jesus† die
over and over
in the tears shed
from the fry
the good heart
willing to do their part
as the ignorant
tears them a part
for they know
this is just a stop
the part filled with knots
on their way to God†
–in His† house
where lives
no more knots
no timings of clocks!
(October 14, 2019)—There was this girl with a good heart. She’d forgotten all the times that she was forsaken because God gave her that kind of heart. When He called her, she answered. Her heart grew heavy as her life became nothing as she continued to do for God. She felt unworthy of His call. She cried and suffered alone…begging Him to leave her alone. But then He reminded her why she was worthy:
- They bullied her as a child…she just buried it in her heart. Every once in a while trying to put up a fight, but then sinking it in her heart as their words just left scars that one day she’d have to heal.
- She gave her all to make the good grades…but no one noticed. She was just there…an in between…to criticize and call names.
- She did sports and clubs, fighting to gain attention, giving it her all as God remained the focus in her mind…they didn’t see. They didn’t go to her games or congratulate her or award her…she remained the in between.
- She followed God’s way to serve His people, to help protect in any way she could. She raised her right hand, knowing it meant she could die, still…she signed her name. They didn’t support her. They didn’t raise a glass when she graduated from learning how to fight in a war to protect them. She…the in between…stood alone.
- God gave her a child, put her through her first big test, used her to test others. She was judged as she marched the line as a war was declared, she praying, they ignoring…she the in between…accepting her because they wanted the child…a boy…not caring how her heart was scared, praying for loved ones in a desert, fearing an enemy next door. They didn’t care that she had to protect another other than them…a defenseless human being during a war…it didn’t matter to them how scared she was. They just ignored her because her child was of color.
- She put herself through college. They didn’t care. They told her she’d never make it. They told her her writing was an obsession and that she’d need to find something else to do that she’d never succeed. They didn’t support her. They weren’t proud of her as she struggled raising a family, trying to be like them…it didn’t matter…they hated her all the same.
- She became sick…fighting pain that she didn’t understand. Alone…they left her. When she struggled to help them all, as she was left the in between…no one caring at all.
- Two more babies…cutting her open to give them life. Through each, she was on her own. No one to help her as she struggled through her normal pain, healing from surgery and caring for another life. No one came.
- She raised her babies to know God…they criticized her babies, they ignored her babies until they could enter and corrupt them, telling them lies about her, turning them against her.
- Strife hit her door. God testing her and others…as she fought to regain ground, seeking her faith even stronger, doing what she knew He wanted her to do. A few came but didn’t stay as she struggled; as God began to rebuild her…no one came.
- All the times she attended the same church. All the times she saw the same faces. When she needed them, they were not there. When she called, they did not answer. God watching all along. Testing her. Testing them.
There was this girl. She turned into a woman. Fighting yet concealing all that hurt her. Until God said, ‘No more, you will use your pain to teach others about Me.’ Then…they denied her more. Through strife, through death…no one came. Through standing by another human being because God told her so, they crucified her more. They clung to lies and gossip instead of lending her a hand, instead of believing in her truth. They failed God’s test. She passed.
People bully us all the time. It isn’t your test. Stick to your heart. Cry. It’s okay. What others do to us is not about us. I was led to Ezekiel today for a strong reason. These are GOD’S WORDS. He had them written through His prophets for a reason…so that you would know Him. These aren’t words lost to some far-off generation. They still stand today. Telling you that He has seen everything. He knows everything. He knows YOU. Shame that you do NOT know Him.

History of Rebelliousness—In the seventh year, in the fifth month on the tenth day, some of the elders of Israel came to inquire of the Lord, and they sat down in front of me. Then the word of the Lord came to me: ‘Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Have you come to inquire of Me? As surely as I live, I will not let you inquire of Me, declares the Sovereign Lord.’ Will you judge them? Will you judge them, son of man? Then confront them with the detestable practices of their fathers and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of the house of Jacob and revealed Myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them, ‘I am the Lord your God.’ On that day I swore to them that I would bring them out of Egypt into a land I had searched out for them, a land flowing with milk and honey, the most beautiful of all lands. And I said to them, ‘Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.
‘But they rebelled against Me and would not listen to Me; they did not get rid of the vile images they had set their eyes on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt. So I said I would pour out My wrath on them and spend My anger against them in Egypt. But for the sake of My name I did what would keep it from being profaned in the eyes of the nations they lived among and in whose sight I had revealed Myself to the Israelites by bringing them out of Egypt. Therefore I led them out of Egypt and brought them into the desert. I gave them my decrees and made known to them My laws, for the man who obeys them will live by them. Also I gave them My Sabbaths as a sign between us, so they would know that I the Lord made them holy.’—Ezekiel 20:1-12 (590 B.C)
NOTES: A Reminder of who He is. We are the descendants of Jacob…there were 12 tribes that He called Israel…and then He scattered them throughout the world. To test them. To hold to His decrees that He would allow them to be enslaved, but then He would bring them out of slavery. He did. He’s not just talking about our ancestors. He’s talking about US. He did what He said He would do, yet you hold slavery on your hearts and racism on your hearts. If you, as ALL tribes, were part of this slavery, you are to forgive. It is the devil’s children who will NOT allow you to forget. You HAVE to be stronger than that!

”Yet the people of Israel rebelled against Me in the desert. They did not follow My decrees but rejected My laws—although the man who obeys them will live by them—and they utterly desecrated My Sabbaths. So I said I would pour out My wrath on them and destroy them in the desert. But for the sake of My name I did what would keep it from being profaned in the eyes of the nations in whose sight I had brought them out. Also with uplifted hand I swore to them in the desert that I would not bring them into the land I had given them—a land flowing with milk and honey; most beautiful of all lands—because they rejected My laws and did not follow My decrees and desecrated My Sabbaths. For their hearts were devoted to their idols. Yet I looked on them with pity and did not destroy them or put an end to them in the desert. I said to their children in the desert, ‘Do not follow the statues of your fathers or keep their laws or defile yourselves with their idols. I am the Lord your God; follow My decrees and be careful to keep My laws. Keep My Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.’
”But the children rebelled against me: They did not follow My decrees, they were not careful to keep My laws—although the man who obeys them will live by them—and they desecrated My Sabbaths. So I said I would pour out My wrath on them and spend My anger against them in the desert. But I withheld My hand, and for the sake of My name I did what would keep it from being profaned in the eyes of the nations in whose sight I had brought them out. Also with uplifted hand I swore to them in the desert that I would disperse them among the nations and scatter them through the countries, because they had not obeyed My laws but had rejected My decrees and desecrated My Sabbaths, and their eyes lusted after their fathers’ idols. I also gave them over to statues that were not good and laws they could not live by; I let them become defiled through their gifts—the sacrifice of every firstborn—that I might fill them with horror so they would know that I am the Lord.’
”Therefore, son of man, speak to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In this also your fathers blasphemed Me by forsaking me: When I brought them into the land I had sworn to give them and they saw any high hill or any leafy tree, there they offered their sacrifices, made offerings that provoked Me to anger, presented their fragrant incense and poured out their drink offerings. Then I said to them: What is this high place you go to?’ (It is called Bamah to this day.)—Ezekiel 20:13-29
NOTES: A reminder of His word. Everything repeated in the Bible is very, very important and you do not hear. He sent His Son to make it easy for us to hear Him, to follow His laws, yet…that, somehow, made it even harder. Why is love so hard to find these days?

Present Rebelliousness—‘Therefore say to the house of Israel: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Will you defile yourselves the way your fathers did and lust after their vile images? When you offer your gifts—the sacrifice of your sons in the fire—you continue to defile yourselves with all your idols to this day. Am I to let you inquire of Me, O house of Israel? as surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will not let you inquire of Me. You say, ‘We want to be like the nations, like the peoples of the world, who serve wood and stone.’ But what you have in mind will never happen. As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will rule over you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arms and with outpoured wrath. I will bring you from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered―with a mighty hand an and outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath. I will bring you into the desert of the nations and there, face to face, I will execute judgment upon you. As I judged your fathers in the desert of the land of Egypt, so I will judge you, declares the Sovereign Lord. I will take note of you as you pass under my rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant. I will purge you of those who revolt and rebel against Me. Although I will bring them out of the land where they are living, yet they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’—Ezekiel 20:30-38
NOTES: A reminder of His word. I will rule over you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arms and with outpoured wrath….in the photographs I’ve taken for Him…I add the caption trying to make you see His outstretched arms…but you see it as simple camera trickery. He shows you Himself byway of the sun’s energy, but you see it as camera trickery. He’s sending warnings…He’s watched the years go by without change. He’s seen the wars over greed, the corporations holding His people hostage with greed. He’s witnessed rape and pillage of His people. He’s held off His wrath. He prevented His anger by sending His son. That didn’t work. YOU are Israel. You STILL don’t know that He is the Lord.
I will purge you of those who revolt and rebel against Me. Although I will bring them out of the land where they are living, yet they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’…Since He sent these words through His prophet Ezekiel, He hasn’t done the purging. Read history…He’s shown His wrath in little ways, but His purge didn’t happen. His people…is ALL of Israel…the tribes He scattered all over the world. His purge has not yet taken place. You scholars think you know Him, but you don’t read well. You’ve missed a large part of who GOD IS! His purge is coming then you will really see who GOD is. He’s given you His love. He’s given you His Son who died for your sins…and STILL…you rebel against Him. He’s given you His unconditional love…yet there still is hate among you, there still is rape and killing and pillage and greed among you. His purge hasn’t happened yet…but it’s coming.

Time of No Rebellion—”As for you, O house of Israel, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Go and serve your idols, every one of you! But afterward you will surely listen to Me and no longer profane My holy name with your gifts and idols. For on my holy mountain, the high mountain of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord, there in the land the entire house of Israel will serve Me, and there I will accept them. There I will require your offerings and your choice gifts, along with all your holy sacrifices. I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will show Myself holy among you in the sight of the nations. Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I bring you into the land of Israel, the land I had sworn with uplifted hand to give to your fathers. There you will remember your conduct and all the actions by which you have defiled yourselves, and you will loathe yourselves for all the evil you have done. You will know that I am the Lord, when I deal with you for My name’s sake and not according to your evil ways and your corrupt practices, O house of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord.”—Ezekiel 20:39-44
NOTES: There I will require your offerings and your choice gifts, along with all your holy sacrifices. I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered….He wasn’t talking just about the original Jews. You don’t seem to understand that ALL the tribes are Jews that He scattered. Because you were mixed into all people, you’ve forgotten who you are. Those of color…all shades of brown…have been scattered. He’s going to bring you home from the places He scattered you to.
Your offerings and choice gifts and holy sacrifices: ‘The Good Samaritan’s Heart’…as if you had to ask.
Your fragrant incense…the smell of love…as if you had to ask.
Where will He bring you? Home…as if you had to ask.
His requirements are simple. You make it hard. The liar among you…the prince of the earth…is always using you to get to God…to defy God. YOU have to armor yourself with the weapon among ALL weapons: LOVE! The combination of the heart and mind. Jesus is coming to defeat death…sin. He will do it through love…combining heart and mind. You have to be willing to accept His love through the combination of your heart and mind. He’s not going to force you. Free will. You have to choose Him.
‘They will hate you because of Me’ He said. He meant that. That evil whore is out to destroy all that is Love. Are you going to allow that?
He’s using me as an example that still they hate because of Jesus’ name. He’s revealing that STILL you are rebelling against Him…STILL you don’t believe Him. It doesn’t matter when His wrath comes. He’s revealing that He loves you enough to warn you that it’s coming. Isn’t that enough?
See God’s Mercy and all that He’s revealed to you. The Lake pictures He sent for you. It’s not about my face. It’s about what He is doing in those pictures.
